AIM AND OBJECTIVEThe Objective behind my project is to find out how RTI has affected Rights of Common People
in our Country, and how it helps running of Governance Smoothly without infringing any human
right.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGYThis project work is non-empirical in nature. It follows a descriptive-cum-analytical in approach.
It is largely based on secondary & electronic sources of data. Books & other references as guided
by faculty of Legal Methods are primarily helpful for the completion of this project.
CENTRAL IDEACentral Idea of my Project is to find out the way to protect human rights by good governance
using RTI.
SCOPE OF PROJECT WORKThis project deals with Economical, Social And Cultural Approaches related with Human Rights
in a Good Governance System using RTI.
