    The CT scan of the paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity showed normal frontal, maxillary, ethmoidal and sphenoid sinuses. There was hypertrophy of the inferior and middle nasal turbinates and a central nasal septum. The osteomeatal complex was patent with no bony destruction, mass lesions or abnormalities seen in the orbital cuts.

    Normal CT features of the frontal, maxillary, eithmoidal and sphenoid sinuses.
    Hypertrophied inferior and middle nasal trubinates.
    Central nasal septum.
    Patent osteomeatal complex.
    Nornal orbital cuts.
    No bony destruction or mass lesions are seen.
