Application Process
1. Submit competed CSS-NBC Application Form also available on the
Pacific Sport Northern BC website
2. Submit completed Student Evaluation Form by Vice Principal (step 1
on application form)
3. Submit a Letter of reference from current coach (step 3 on
application form)
4. Submit a Sport Resume (step 4 on application form)
5. Submit a Statement of Interest (step 5 on application form)
6. Submit a initial deposit of $350 with application (step 6 on
application form)
7. Submit post-dated cheques with application (step 7 on application
form)

Selection Process
PacificSport Northern BC in consultation with Canadian Sport
Institute, and SD57 will be selecting the athletes
