Please find enclosed your Statement of Entry, which shows the all the examination entries (examinations, controlled assessments and specification cash-ins) that have been made for you. Please go through this carefully and: 1. Check the entries to ensure that the correct subjects and all units you are taking are shown. Practical examinations are scheduled by school - you will be told about these dates by your teachers. If you have a question about your tier of entry you should discuss this with your subject teacher. 2. Check that your personal details are correct, as these will appear on your examination certificates. Please contact me if there are changes, as fees of 42.00 each are payable by students for amendments to certificates. 3. The deadline for changes to be made without incurring costs is Friday 13th February so you must contact me before half term if there are any errors or omissions in the statement of entry (email: dcash@isleworthsyon.org or telephone: 020 8232 7958). Your personal examination timetable will be provided at the end of February. Yours faithfully,
Ms D Cash Senior Administrator (Examinations & SIMS Manager)
