Congratulations Alex and

School Goal
Goal: Proficiency rate of 50% for
Black and Hispanic subgroups on

Look through names and star any

concerned wont be successful on the
MCA this year and put your name by
it also.
Put a check next to a student if you

Room Allocation
Looking at Math, World Language,
and Social Studies
7 teachers needed to make an office
12 is most ideal number

Instructional Budget
We are in the beginning phase of this
If you have any requests (other than
the ones you emailed me) let me
know asap!

BATT Initiative
Plan: next year all students would
have at a minimum a Chrome BookREQUIRED
Phones would no longer accepted as
a device
Then over the next year and a half
we would work on integration
They are aware that we want subject
specific training

What does a grade mean?

This is the conversation we had to start
our dialogue for where we are going with
the Formative/Summative Discussion
General consensus of area leaders is that it
should be a reflection of what a student
knows and is able to do.
Any other input from you guys?

We are meeting again next Monday to

continue the discussion of
Formative/Summative.

EMath
Proposal: Get rid of Emath 2 and filter all
Emath 1 kids into Advanced Algebra or 1/3,2/3
Pros
We would cut down to 2 Advanced Algebra Options
instead of 3
We would be working to get kids to higher level math as
they are going through EHS

Cons
Are those kids ready and able for those classes?
What about Special Ed?

Thoughts?

CAP
Looking at seeing how we can get
college credit or placement credit for
this
Bemidji State and/or Normandale
Potential CAP Course for placement
credit (they would not need to take
the Accuplacer or take a remedial
course)
Potential Future Option: College
Algebra Course for College Credit
