So called "Priest of the Metropolis", why write anonymously, if you are as confident

as you want us to believe? Could it be that your puppet master is giving you orders
to write what he wants to hear? !
Let's first start with the facts:
Point #1
1. The previously elected Chapter Ladies Philoptochos two year term ended in
November of 2014.
2. pg. 22 Section 4 a of the Bylaws & Procedural Manual of the Greek
Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Greek Orthodox Metropolis Toronto (Canada)
2007 reads as follows: The Board of Directors shall be elected at a
General meeting held for that purpose every two (2) years in the
month of November of the even numbered year.
If for any reason elections have not been completed by the end of
November, the Metropolitan Archbishop shall appoint the Board of
Directors in consultation with the Metropolis Philoptochos Board and
as advised by the community priest.
3. No ladies volunteering for the Greek Community of Toronto Ladies
Pronia,Virgin Mary, St Demetrios, St Irene or St John ran for election or reelection in November of 2014.
4. According to your own Bylaws their term has expired.
Point #2- If you disagree with the above facts your own By-laws provide for
censure.
1. Article III , Section 4 under the heading of Censure of Member reads as
follow:
Any member: who shall conduct herself contrary to the interests of
the organization shall be reported to the Metropolis Philoptochos
Board who shall conduct an investigation and whose decision, after
such inquiry, shall be final.
2. Article III, Section 5 c. under the heading of Violation read as follows:
A willful disregard or violation of the By-laws by any officer at any
level of this society shall be ground for immediate removal upon
review by the Metropolis Philoptochos board with his Eminence the
Metropolitan Archbishop.
Nowhere do your own Bylaws say that virtual excommunication is a penalty
for ladies that are NO LONGER officers of the society.

These are god fearing sisters, mothers and grandmothers of the church
most of which have been serving their church well before these so called
Metropolis Priests were even born.
