Om - represents compassion Ma -represents wisdom & space Ti - transforms anger & hatred into love
Mu - transforms greed & desire into generosity Ye - transforms ignorance & confusion into knowledge & wisdom Sa transforms envy & jealousy into openness Le - transforms pride & arrogance into peacefulness Dhu - transforms
indolence & sloth into diligence & vigor

Healing Mantra

A-KAR A-ME DHU-TI SU


NAG-PO SHI-SHI MAL-MAL SO-HA
A-Kar A-Me -is the antidote, Tu-Ti-Su Nag-Po - represents the negative emotions that are purified, Shi-Shi Mal-Mal - is
the benefit or result of the mantra, So-Ha - cuts doubts, misconceptions and wrong views

Go-sum dak-pay ge-wa gang-gye-pa


Kham-sum sem-chen nam-gyi don-du-ngo
Du-sum sak-pay lay-drib kun-jang-nay
Ku-sum dzog-pay sang-gye nyur-thob shok
All pure virtue done through the three doors,
I dedicate to the welfare of all sentient beings of the three realms,
After having purified all obstacles & obscuration of the three times,
May we swiftly achieve the complete Buddhahood of the three bodies
