B. Developmental activities
1. Presentation
Water never leaves the Earth. It is constantly being cycled through the atmosphere,
ocean, and land. This process, known as the water cycle, is driven by energy from the
sun.
1. EVAPORATION
-When the sun heats up water in rivers, lakes or the ocean and turns into
vapor or steam. The water vapor or steam leaves the river and goes into the
air.
Ex. Boiling of water
2. CONDENSATION
-Water vapor in the air gets cold and change back into liquid, forming clouds.
Ex. When you take a shower and mirrors in the bathroom fog up.
3. PRECIPITATION
-it occurs when clouds get heavy because of so much water and cannot hold it
back anymore. Water falls back to the earth in form of rain.
INFILTRATION
- the water soak in the earth land had become part of ground water.
