Research and Development Internship
Dear Mr. James:
This letter is to express my interest in applying for the research and
development internship position that is offered for the summer of 2015. I
assessed the position through P&G website.
I am currently a full time student at Arizona State University in Tempe,
Arizona. I expect to graduate In December 2016 with a Bachelors of Science
in Chemical Engineering (BSE). I have experience in working on a laboratory
environment since all the chemistry and thermodynamics classes that I have
been taking have a laboratory section. I have participated in some research
and development projects. One of them, I had worked with a group on
researching and testing two different ways to make soap. Successfully we
accomplished our task and developed a good product.
I believe that I would be a good asset to your internship program where I can
gain experience while assisting your company.
