Gods Love and Salvation

Heaven will be filled with people from every tongue and nation.
I. God wants to save all people John 3:16.
A. The need people are dying. The 2nd death means eternal
separation from God and all of His blessings.
Most people are on the broad road that leads to death. (Matt
7:13)
B. The remedy Jesus.
1. God gave His only begotten Son to die on the
cross for our sins (Romans 8:32). The separation of the
Father from the Son was climax of suffering.
2. People need to believe on this Son (Jesus) to receive
this salvation.
There are two parts to believe: knowledge & trust.
II. God saves people through faith Romans 4:5.
To be justified means to be cleared of sins (said to be
righteous).
A. Salvation does not come by the works that we do.
B. God justifies the ungodly He declares that those who
are full of sin are cleared of their sin.
1. As the divine Judge, God has that right to do this
because He does not perverted the course of justice
Romans 3:23-26.
2. Who are the ungodly? those who live without God.
C. To the one who believes, his faith is accounted for
righteousness. Thats the Bibles testimony of Abraham (v. 3).
2 Corinthians 5:21 tells of the wonderful exchange Jesus
Christ took our sins and gives us His righteousness.
