SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ELIZABETH ANNE C. MANLULU, of legal age, with office address in Metro Manila at
Unit 801-812, Tower B Regalia Park Tower, 150 P. Tuazon Blvd., Cubao, Quezon City, do
hereby name, constitute and appoint, and by these presents have named, constituted and
appointed JOHN PAUL C. MANLULU and/or JOHN MICHAEL C. MANLULU, both Filipino, both
of legal age, with same office address at Unit 801-812 Tower B Regalia Park Tower. P. Tuazon
Blvd., Cubao, Quezon City, to be my true and lawful Attorneys-in-Fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit to do and perform all or any of the
following acts and things, namely:
1) To process the correction of my surname from Manlulo to Manlulu at the Office of
the Civil Registry of Manila where my Certificate of Live Birth is registered;
2) To transact, request, claim and receive Certified True Copy of my corrected
Certificate of Live Birth from the Office of the Civil Registry of Manila;
3) To sign, execute and deliver any other documents which may be necessary and
proper under the foregoing authority;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorneys-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and things whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorneys-in-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
