Infosys is the third-largest India-based IT

services company by 2012 revenues. Of this
revenue, the majority comes from
international business. In 2009, Infosys
collected 1.2% of its income from the
domestic Indian market.
Its annual revenues for the fiscal year 20062007 exceeded US$3.1 billion with a market
capitalization of over US$30 billion.
Its networth increased from 24501 in 2011 to
29757 in 2012.

Infosys Technologies is planning to

acquire IT companies serving energy and
health care sectors in geographies as
diverse as Latin America ,Europe and
Australia.
Infosys Technologies Limited plans to go
to campus recruitment across the country
next year. The company plans to hire
25,000 people with nearly 18,000 people
to be hired from various campuses in the
country.

Infosys Technologies wishes to expand its

presence in Hyderabad in 550acres of
land in the next 10 years to create a new
RISKstate-of-the-art campus.

COMPARISON ON THE BASIS OF ROI

The $7 billion company based in

Bangalore, India's Silicon Valley, has
missed sales targets, lost market share, put
off an annual pay rise and seen its stock
battered this year.
Investors have reacted harshly, pushing
Infosys stock down more than 12 percent
this year, making it the fourth-worst
performer among 71 stocks around the
world in the large and mid-cap IT services
sector.
