Question: Find the number of possible integral values of k so that k! ends in 5 zeroes.

Code: F3110
Date: 14/02/2015

2m 5n
Answer: As we know that number of zeroes in a number of the form
is min(m,n).
k! = 1.2.3.4.5.....(n-1).n
The number of 5s in !20 is 4 and number of 2s in !20 is more than 4. So the number of zeroes in the
end of 25! is 4.
And the number of 5s in !25 is 6 and number of 2s in !25 is more than 6. So the number of zeroes in
the end of 25! is 6.
So, No integral value of k is possible for which k! ends in 5 zeroes.
