The minutes of the last meeting were agreed and signed by Barbara Tomkins [Chairperson]
Matters Arising: None
Treasurers Report: Bank 922.41 Petty Cash 190.63 Total 1113.04
Royal British Legion Wreath 25.00 New Expenses: Barbara Tomkins 64.59
Membership: Renewed membership to date 35 Reminder emails and letters to be sent out.
Jean Digby: It was agreed that we should pay for flowers for Jean Digbys Memorial Service
in the Chapel on December 4th . The Committee is to consider ideas with regard to a permanent
tribute to Jeans memory. The gardening team are considering a plaque to put on the tub at the
bottom of Wilby Lane in her memory.
2015 Diary:
Winter months research - 1911 census, trade directories, together with the sale of cottages
catalogue need to be consolidated onto the data base.
Northamptonshire Family History Society are organising a trip to the National Archives, date
to be confirmed.
Roger Handcock talk for October just before Remembrance Week.
Discussions on visits and talks to be decided
