    HIGHLIGHTED AT WORKING PREMISE.
    With reference to the above caption, I highly appreaciate the confidence shown
    towards our organization to carry out dismantling and clearance work at Ampang
    Point Shopping Centre.
    2. We hereby would like to highlight a few things which to be considered and
    assisted by your good self as appended below:
    a) There were no lights at two upper units where the dismantle work to be done.
    b) As per our mutual consent, we agreed that only restricted items which was
    informed by your personnel is not to be removed. Apart from that, all the other
    items belong to us as agreed for dismantle and clearance.

    If there are any more workers, we will inform at the security checkpoint upon arrival
    of staff.

    3. Loading bay to be vacant for our working purpose and for the waste bin.
    4. We need approximately a week for completion of dismantle and clearance work.
    5. The work at the site will commence today at 10.00 pm. Kindly arrange the
    necessary assistance for us to carry out our work efficiently and on time.
