Differences
• In the comic, in its first release, only shows:
Cyclops , Jean Grey, Angel, Beast and Iceman.
From the „Second Genesis“, Wolverine and Storm appear
in history.
In the film, Wolverine and Storm are already integrated.

• The film is based on a very short timeline, while the comic

is the opposite, so in these parts is divided:
Genesis, Second Genesis, Dark Phoenix Saga, days of future past,
Golden Age, Slaughter mutant, The resurrection andand the last one was
published in the 90s, by
which the name is known around the world, X-Men.

• The comic of the X-men, sometimes have chapters with other

comic characters, but in the movies does not happen.
Similarities
• Charles or Professor X dies in the comic and the movie

• Cyclops leaves the group of the X-men, and left for the
leadership of Storm.

• The friendship of Professor X and Magneto in the

movie is the same as in the comic

• The locations of the comic, as the „Academy of mutants“ are identical to the
locations of the movie
