Wood repair and painting agreement has been revised as of
February 2015 to include pedestrian and laundry doors.
College Lane and White Avenue will be power washed:
notices will be posted on your doors.

laundry door, pedestrian door, fascia trim, and garage roll-up
will be painted Swiss Coee.

Doing Our Dooty

We all love our pets, and we also love our neighborhood. Lets
help keep the neighborhood dog friendly by picking up after
our pooches.
We need everyone's participation all Resident owners and
renters Must keep dog(s) on leashes and "Must" cleanup after
them. Fines will be imposed, up to $100.00. Thanks for your
cooperation!

Waste Management only recognizes the following holidays: New
Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
If your regular pick up day falls on one of these holidays, your
trash service will be delayed one day. More information about

Monthly Dues $245 Reminder

To maintain a fiscally sound association, dues are $245 as of January 1, 2015.
Fees cover recurring (monthly) expenses (such as utilities, landscaping, pool,
management services,), one-time repairs and expenses, and long-term
maintenance (such as reserves for roofing, painting, wood repair, alleys,
gutters, decks, and pools). Association dues help make Villa La Verne a great
place to live!
