    I am a teacher and my philosophy about teaching, teacher takes a whole village to raise a child.

    Therefore it is my responsibility to take part in caring for all children that are a part of my life; in
    my own family, in my community, in my own classroom, and in other classrooms so I will
    design my programme to accommodate this for each individual child. I will take time each day to
    reflect how my programme meets the needs of individual children.
