Greetings!
In order to showcase the skills and talents of the students, especially in the
field of Information Technology, the department of Bachelor of Science in
Information Technology holds its departmental festival, called the IT Fair,
which is held annually. This event is also done to give the students a
breather from school stress.
For the past years, the IT Fair was usually done during the first semester of
the school year. But due to many school activities during the first semester
of this school year, such as the University Intramurals and USEP Palaro, the
department failed to do so. Instead, it was planned that the event would be
held during the foundation celebration of the school. Unfortunately, the time
for the event preparation was not enough because the department was also
busy for the foundation activities.
In line with the above statement, we would like to ask permission to hold the
IT Fair this coming February 26-28, 2015(Thursday, Friday, and Saturday),
God willing. On the third day of the event will be the DevCon, a seminar
inclined to the field of Information Technology.
We hope that we could merit your positive response on this matter.
