Dear Potential Sponsor,
I am writing to offer you a sponsorship opportunity for The Oscars Red Carpet Night hosted by Alpha Delta Pi on
February 20, 2015. This fundraising event will provide support to Ronald McDonald House Charities through the
Alpha Delta Pi Foundation.
Alpha Delta Pi has been working with the Ronald McDonald House, a home away from home for families that have
seriously ill or injured children, since 1979. For children facing frightening medical conditions, the Ronald McDonald
House provides a loving, supporting environment so families can stay close to their childrens hospitals for little to no
cost.
We are writing you this letter to ask for your help in supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charities. The Theta Pi
Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority will be hosting a dinner and auction for family and friends of my fellow sorority
sisters. By donating money you will provide the resources to create a successful event and further raise money for
Ronald McDonald House Charities through the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation. It The Oscars first year over $20,000
was raised, and this year we intend to raise over $30,000!
Your consideration of an in-kind contribution or named sponsorship level in support of our philanthropic event is
greatly appreciated. Below are the details concerning this years sponsorship levels.
$500 - Sponsorship includes your companys name featured on our Red Carpet banner, the printing of your Company
name and logo in the event program and special recognition at the event during the main presentation.
$250 - Sponsorship includes the printing of your Company name and logo in the event program and special
recognition at the event during the main presentation.
$50 - Sponsorship includes the printing of your Company name and logo in the event program.
By donating this money, you will be able to help our chapter put on this event and in turn be able to raise funds for
Ronald McDonald House Charities. Please make checks payable to Alpha Delta Pi and send them to address above.
There is also an online donation available here, where you can use your credit card.
We will be having a silent auction as well as a live auction during the event and any in-kind donations of gift baskets,
certificates, tickets to special events, or any other items that can be used for further donations would be greatly
appreciated. We recommend sports or concert tickets, vacation or destination houses, baskets of food, spa items, or gift
certificates. No item is too small, for we have over 300 attendees that travel from around the United States for this
event.
