Visit a website about specialty coffees (these are sometimes called varietals). Choose a
coffee from a particular region in the world. Write down as many facts as you can about the
coffee on a piece of paper. Then cross out the facts you dont think are important

Arabica and Robusta beans are the most well known species of coffee. They
are hearty plants that are grown at higher elevations. It grows to a relatively
large height, it is more accurately described as a coffee tree. It has a main
vertical trunk and primary, secondary, and tertiary horizontal branches. They
have a much higher caffeine content and are used mainly for commercial grade
coffee that youll find in grocery stores. The world's best coffee is found among
the Arabica or high-grown green coffee beans. The cost is 108 a pound, it's so
expensive.
