    Statutory Instrument 127 of 2010

    [CAP. 23:02
    Customs and Excise (Bicycle Assembly)(Rebate) (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 (No.3)

    IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance has, in terms of section 120 of the Customs
    and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following regulations:
    1.(1) These regulations may be cited as the (Bicycle Assembly)(Rebate) (Amendment)
    Regulations, 2010 (No.3).
    (2) These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st August, 2010.
    2. The Customs and Excise (Bicycle Assembly)(Rebate) Regulations, 2000, published in
    Statutory Instrument 313 of 2000 is repealed.
