    Event Proposal

    Event Title: Charity explorace


    Type

    : Community Service

    Objective : Objective of this event is to raise funds for the orphans and get
    something they needed. In addition, this will grow the awareness
    among the public to contribute something to the orphans and
    show our love towards them. Furthermore, we will guide them to
    better future and promote our University as well. Last but not
    least, it is an event that makes everyone happy.

    Performance

    Games
    For games, what we do is games that is fun such as passing rubber bands using
    mouth, stepping balloons, musical chairs, sports like football and educational like
    spelling bee. Prizes will be given to those winners. Sports and Education exco may
    involve in this.

    Performance
    For performance, like Hari Raya event, few people do some performance such as
    Magic show, guitar singing, funny show etc. Cultural exco may involve in this.
    Buffet

    For buffet, we can order some noodles, rice, French fries, nuggets, drinks. The
    amount of children might be hundreds. Consideration of getting catering might be
    needed. Simple foods would do. Treasurer may involve in this.

    Administration
    All members of CS team are the leader of the team. Every team holds a great
    responsibility of conductivity. Should any mistakes occur, find other team leaders to
    discuss about it.

    Games Team In charge of games
    Food Team In charge of foods
    Performance Team In charge of performance

    Budget
    The budget maybe a bit high due to buffet and games prizes. For food and drinks it
    may cost about RM 200 or more while prizes around RM 150. Grand total would be
    RM 350. We can try to request sponsor from Management. We also can ask
    donation from students. RM2 for each person should be enough as we have around
    70 students and total would be RM 140. The RM2 is included with meal for them.

    : RM (210)
    RM 350 RM 140 RM 210 = Cost covered.

    Participation
    I assume participation of this event might be a lot. For transport issue, the place is
    strategic, student can take bus and walk 300 meters will reach the home.
