PREFACE
Alhamdulillah, thanks to ALLAH SWT who gave the grace and mercy to the author, to
complete this report, then a successive salawat send to our great Prophet Muhammad SAW,
which has brought us from nature without the knowledge of the natural with full knowledge of
all powerful, so that spur us to further achievement in our lives.
A lot of thanks to consultant, dr. Bowo Wahyudi, Sp. KK who help the author for
finishing this journal. Also thanks too all of side who help in finding information, collecting data,
and finishing this report. The author hope this journal may useful later dan especially for the
public reader.
