1. Identify strategies for how to manage student
behavior in a multigrade class.

Overview
Classroom management is related to promoting
appropriate student behavior. A sense of order inside
the classroom creates a positive learning environment
and supports effective and productive learning. The
elements or components of a successful learning
environment need to be organized in such way that
learning experiences can be provided without
disruption.

CONSISTENT, PROACTIVE BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT IS CRUCIAL FOR


EFFECTIVE CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT.
ESTABLISH ROUTINES FOR ALL DAY.
IMPLEMENT SMOOTH TRANSITIONS AND CONTINUITY OF MOMENTUM
THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
