Duties: Organized registration details, coordinated classes with dance
artists, oversaw community outreach programs, gained experience in
dance administration
The Pointe Dance Arts (2007-2011)
Title: Dance Teacher
Duties: Responsible for classes of young children, used communication
skills to teach dance technique as well as discipline
Henry Davis Foundation Orphanage, Quito, Ecuador (2013-2014)

Duties: Used Spanish to communicate and coordinate volunteers,
experienced living abroad, able to connect with children of different
cultures through dance

ACHEIVEMENTS

Meredith Ward Memorial Scholarship (2013), Awarded


through The University of Alabama Department of Dance to a student
who displays enthusiasm, involvement, and commitment to the
program
External Affairs Chair for Dance Alabama (2013-2015), Elected
position in the student organization that was responsible for upkeep of
the website and social media accounts as well as design and
distribution of Dance Alabama apparel
Choreography, Choreographic work presented in live dance concerts
such as Dance Alabama!, The Dance Collection, Diwali Festival of Lights,
as well as various dance competitions and creative videos
Collegiate Ballroom Dance Team President (2014-2015), Leader
of a team that competed at the collegiate level in various styles of
ballroom dance, responsible for organizing rehearsals and competitions

Assistant Stage Manager, Experience working backstage during a


dance concert, Responsible for light design, sound, and other technical
elements of live performance
