I am Parth Parekh student from TY BBA SEM 6, of SDJIC Vesu, Surat. I would like to apply for
Position of Head of Domestic Relation Department of Inferno.
The following are the answers you are looking for the same position.
1) Why should you get selected?
First of all, Im a hard worker, I pay attention to details and I will get any job given to me done
quickly and accurately. I am eager to learn and Im dedicated and passionate. I am loyal,
trustworthy, and I will always show up on time. If you asked someone about me, they would
probably say I am mature, smart, kind, caring, and a good person in general. I have worked as
customer representative in KFC (Chichester, England), So I can communicate with others
regarding the Fest easily. I have also worked as a manager and a staff trainer in dominos. I have
the skill to train and manage people.

1. Formation: - Making a team of 14-16 members. Proposal will be invited from
interested students. These proposals will be short listed and shorted people will be
interviewed for the selection of the team. The team will be briefed regarding the
working of the department and Inferno
2. Departmentation: - Team will be divided into different departments as per
according to the work assigned to them. One Dep. will be making invitations.
Another will be going personally to invite colleges in surat; one department will
be mailing and calling colleges out of surat.
3. Follow up: - After inviting colleges. They will be followed up regarding theirs
entries.
4. Communication & Co-ordination: - After taking the entries. These entries should
be documented and co-ordinated with other departments.

Feedback : - Feedback will be taken from every college whether they are
sending entries or not
6. Registration Desk: - The participants will be registered on their arrival and they
will guide for the fest and facilities they may require to use along with it various
department also will be informed for the same.

Internet charges are not considered here because college can give access to internet
when needed. If we consider the cost of stationary that will be given to participants
and guest, the total budget will go up by at least RS 5000/- . Not considering this
cost, total budget of DR Department will be RS 5500/-
