typesoflineswhilealsobeingabletoidentifythetwowayseachequationismade.Theyarenowcurrentlyworkingon
thePythagoreanTheorembyanalyzingdifferenttypesoftriangles,identifyingwhichoneshavearightangleand
whichonesdonot,alongwithlearningonhowtosolvefora,b,andc,thetrianglesidelengths.

Theseventhgrademathclasseshavebeenworkingonadding,subtracting,multiplying,anddividingintegersbyusing
yellowandredchips(theyellowonesbeingpositiveintegersandtheredonesnegativeintegers)andnumberlines.
Alongwithintegers,theyhavelearnedhowtofindthescalefactorbetweentwoobjectsusingmultiplefigureswitha
lengthononeside.Theyalsofoundtheareaandperimeterofatrianglethroughcreatingvarioustrianglesandsolving
stepbystepontheboard.Theyarecurrentlylearningratioswithfrequentdiscussionsonhowtosolvetheratiosand
whatprocedurethestudentusedtogettheanswer.
