Install Windows Os
Install All patches
Install lync topology with edge server
Export Central store date from front end.
Click Start, click All Programs, click Microsoft Lync Server 2013, and then click Lync Server
Management Shell.
Export-CsConfiguration -FileName <ConfigurationFilePath.zip>

5) Go to Lync Edge Server

6) Import the configuration file
To create the server and run the lync setup
