    macaroonsisthemostcommoninPhilippines,fruitsmacaroonsarealsoavailableinsomebakeries.Wealways
    cookedthisathomeafterdinner,weateitasourmidnightsnackandIalwaysleftsomeformetotakeittothe
    officeinthemorning.

    Ingredients:
    2cupsdessicatedcoconut
    2/3cupcondensedmilk
    2eggs,beaten
    1/4cupbutter
    1/2cupwhitesugar
    1/2tsp.vanilla
    1tsp.limejuice
    smallpapercups
    Directions:
    1.Mixallingredientstogether,stirwelluntilblended.
    2.Filleachpapercupwiththecoconutmixture,about3/4full.
    3.Bakeinapreheated190degreeovenfor20minutesoruntilthesurfacesturngoldenbrown.
