NOTICE TO APPEAR
By authority of this Court and pursuant to the Revised Guidelines for the
Implementation of Mediation in the Court of Appeals issued by the Supreme Court under
A.M. No. 04-3-15 SC PHILJA, dated March 23, 2004 (Resolution No. 04-04), all parties
are hereby ordered to appear IN PERSON, WITHOUT COUNSEL, before the
undersigned Division Clerk of Court at the Philippine Mediation Center-Court of
Appeals Mediation Office, Ground Floor, Court of Appeals Annex Building on
____________, 2005 at _________ a.m. to consider the possibility of settling their
dispute through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution processes.
Corporate litigants are hereby enjoined to send a corporate official duly
authorized by Board Resolution to enter into a compromise agreement with the other
party/parties.
Appropriate sanctions shall be imposed for failure to appear as directed herein
without justifiable reason.
