address at Unit 8C LPL Condominium, 112 Legaspi St., Legaspi Village, Makati
City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint GEM LOREN ALEGADO, Filipino,
of legal age, single, with business address at Unit 203 Lapanday Centre, Pasong
Tamo Extension, Makati City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me in
my name, place and stead to do any or all of the following acts and deeds, to wit:
1. Authorizing her to apply for, represent, transact, and process all papers in
connection with my application for the extension of my authorized stay in
the Philippines;
2. To sign for and in my behalf documents related to my application that are
needed to be executed and submitted whether with Bureau of Immigration
or any other persons or entities in connection with the application;
3. To sign/do and perform all acts which is necessary and proper to attain the
foregoing.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full
power and authority to do and perform any and all acts as may requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do as if I were personally present.
