Duties and Responsibilities

Hotel Staff
Porter- responsible for helping guests with luggage
Hotel Manager- oversees staff and makes sure guests are happy and comfortable
Front Desk Clerk- helps guests check in and out, verify guests reservations
Housekeeper- cleans guests rooms and makes sure the whole hotel is neat and clean
Room Service- delivers meals to guests that have ordered food from Ismaels and want to
eat in their room
Steward (waiter or waitress) - serves the guests at Ismaels
Chef- prepares the food at Ismaels
Kitchen Staff- in charge of cooking and restocking the continental breakfast
