Mashal Peerzada | Founding

Partner & CEO
Mashal, a screenwriter and director for theatre, film and television, has trained at the
Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and graduated from the New York Film
Academy in Los Angeles, California. In her film career Mashal has written and directed
several sit-coms, serials and telefilms for local networks, worked in close collaboration
with Pakistans iconic filmmaker and actor Shaan Riaz Shahid, and on several
international co-productions including Salmaan Peerzadas Sheherazade: The Untold
Story (Feature), Raven & Lenore (Feature) and most recently Rafi Peer Theatre
Workshops collaboration with Sesame Workshop USA, SIM SIM HAMARA.
Her unique background of having grown up on sets and behind the scenes has
inculcated in her a powerfully efficient and communicative mindset, allowing her to
collaborate in a vocal and open exchange with clients as well as motivate her team,
while maintaining strict timelines and schedules. She has recently spoken at TEDx
conferences around Pakistan, where she spoke about tolerance and the power of
questions, knowledge, compassion and the human mind, as well as innovations in
education through media and the arts. As CEO at Orange Ink. Mashal channels her
considerable imagination, vision and organisational skills into the single act of creating
dynamic initiatives for our clients. With her varied background she conceives projects,
communication strategies and marketing solutions in a 360 way, from the heart of the
concept to on-ground execution, video packaging and long term impact.

Partner & Chief Consultant
Umer Khan is the dynamic CEO of the Evenement team, founder of Activ8
and Founding Partner and Chief Consultant at Orange Ink. Trained as an
Engineer from GIKI and Graduating from Virginia Tech. with an MBA, Umer
has over twelve years of experience as a management consultant, facilitator
and an entrepreneur. His experience combines strong training and facilitation
skills, and a min for creative engagements, with a unique hands on
understanding of business and the corporate structure. Early on in his career
Umer realised his potential for motivating and communicating. This lead him
to his prime area of interest, Management Training. With the core belief that
motivated individuals deliver inspired work, Umer creates and conducts
training sessions and workshops specifically aimed at the individual needs of
each clients and group. Umer passionately believes in the power an
individuals mind and has devoted himself to the mission of enhancing selfbelief within individuals. At Orange Ink. Umer takes his impactful
