REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE AND STUDIES


This chapter includes foreign literatures and foreign studies taken from the
internet, other unpublished thesis, and studies conducted by other research
groups. This chapter also includes local literatures, taken from local published
books and materials, and local studies, taken from research works and studies
related to the subject matter.

Foreign Literature
Institutional profit realization has become highly contingent on research
education, investment, and planning.
The primary goal of financial management is the maximization of
stakeholders wealth or in other terms, maximization of the firms value. Other
goals could include the maximization of sales, market share, the growth rate of
sales, market shares, the growth of sales and the market price of the firms stock.
For any given firm, various goals can be specified, like profit maximization,
wealth maximization, goodwill enhancement, cost reduction, market share
increase, and so on.
