»fOCUS Program STEPS FOR APPLYING Step 1. Complete the parent/student application package Step 2 - Contact your current secondary school counsellor to have them complete a referral package Step 3. Ask your counsellor to fax the completed application package to the FOCUS counsellor, Marci Statham at 604.534.5781 Step 4 — Contact the FOCUS counsellor at 604.534.4171 local 235 for more information and to see how long the process will take (it varies depending on the time of year and may require a meeting with the counsellor first) Step 5. Meet with the FOCUS teachers (Anita McCarthy and Laurence Greeff) for an intake meeting Step 6 - If accepted, meet with the FOCUS counsellor to create a new schedule Step 7 . Begin the program!
