    Dear Sir
    Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.
    I have been serving as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Science and Engineering since August 10,
    2008. I went home at Kurigram during the Semester Vacation of Autumn 2012. Due to
    unavoidable circumstances in the country, I could not come back in time. Mentionable that
    Intercity train service does not operate in my district. Moreover, it was very riskytotravel by
    bus even no strike. People in my area got injured due to indiscriminate throwing of bricks on
    bus while travelling. Therefore, you may kindly consider to grant my leave of absence from
    06th to 16th March 2013 for a total duration of 11 (eleven) days as Earned Leave.
    May I, therefore, request you to kindly approve 11 (eleven) days Earned Leave, as solicited
    above.
