    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Advance rental amounting to Php 230,400.00 plus VAT, payable by LESSEE within five days upon signing
    this contract and/or before material uploading, amounting to the full contract rate.
    LESSEE is entitled to one free material uploading, including the initial installation on commencement date
    and dismantling upon contract expiration. Succeeding material replacements are for the account of the
    LESSEE at Php5,000.00 plus VAT.
    To ensure timely installation, any artwork produced by LESSEE should be delivered to the VENDOR at least
    five days prior to commencement date.
    In the case of late installation, commencement date shall not be altered due to any delays caused by
    LESSEE, LESSEES suppliers or any other parties other than VENDOR and VENDORS suppliers.
    LESSEE shall receive a turnover/monitoring report within seven days of material installation.
    This contract is binding and non-cancelable, upon signing by both parties. Termination of the agreement by
    LESSEE prior to full execution shall warrant the forfeiture of all deposits, submitted or not, outlined above.
