1 Check oil level in the air lubricator

Check level of DOP on the Iso HP pump - ensure

that DOP pump working properly

Check level of sealing liquid lubricating polyol seal

Check various seals of automatic and manual

valves from any leakage.

Check various seals of automatic and manual

valves from any leakage.

Check the accumulator N2 pressure, by watch oil

pressure gauge on top oil tank

Check condition high pressure hoses, change if

found any leakage

Check lubricant level top on upper part of tank

Check condition of injection head hanger, also

bearing conditions
