New Flex-Time Benefits

Many factors impact productivity. Employers must explore broad
changes in their processes and culture to improve the overall
productivity of their workforce.

Employees will be allowed varied starting

and ending time as long as the employee is
at work for nine continuous hours:
The employee must start between 6:30
AM and 9:30 AM.
There will be a new four-day work week
and a new modified five-day work week
offered.
The existing work five-day work week
with an 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM day will
continue to be supported.

For employees
selecting the new fourday work week,
employees will be
allowed varied starting
and ending time as
long as the employee is
at work for a
minimum of 8
continuous hours. The
employee must start
between 6:00 AM and
8:00 AM.

Option 1

A work-at-home
option will be
available for one day a
week for all three
work schedules. The
only day allowed off
will be Tuesday,
Wednesday, and
Thursday. The day
selected must be the
same each week.

Option 2

The new flex-time benefit will be implemented

June 7th.
