O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the DM&G vide ref. 1st to 3rd read
above, and in exercising of the powers conferred under Section 11(1) (C) of
AP Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966, Government hereby exempt the
Seigniorage fee for leveling of land for Agriculture/civil purpose which is
other than mining purpose.
2. The above exemption is not applicable where the material is brought from
outside the premises for leveling purpose or extracted material is transported
outside the premises.
3. The Director of Mines & Geology, Hyderabad shall take further necessary
action accordingly.
