2 cup rice
cup chana daal Bengal gram
cup black gram
cup Green gram
3 medium onions
12 green chilies
small piece ginger
2 tbsp chopped corriender
tsp cumin
tsp black pepper
oil for frying
take bengal gram in a bowl and add green gram, black gram, rice add water wash and soak for 6 hrs or
overnight preferable using wet grinder grind the to smooth batter to idli batter consistency
add salt
mix well
keep for fermenting
chop onions finely
crush black pepper
crush to coarse cumin, ginger and green chilly
