the food isnt even traditional. We offer you a family oriented place where
you can enjoy exquisite Peruvian food (flip) as well as a traditional Peruvian
show filled with beautiful music and dances from the coast, highlands, and
tropics of Peru. (flip) After the show, the place will also serve as a nightclub
for all the party people who want to get their moves on. We will also hold
events such as karaoke nights, and dinner theatre on certain nights of the
week. Our company will also host private parties and offer catering services.

Our start up cost will be about 200,000 which includes the start of the lease,
remodeling costs, licenses, marketing, etc. Our marketing will consist of
printing ads in newspapers and magazines around Los Angeles as well as
television spots and social networks.
