To provide assistance to incoming and outgoing overseas Pakistanis at JIAP.

To assist women and children travelling abroad.
To assist incoming women and children at the airport.
To assist the familes of ops in handling of dead bodies of Ops.
To make the airport procedures easy for remittance sending ops by
facilitating them on FER counters.
6- To assist arriving Ops by telling them best domestic routes to get to their
families and homes.
7- To guide unlettered Ops going abroad to work.
The preceding year has been a very fruitful one with respect to the fulfilment
of the directions laid down by the OPF. I have managed to be vigilant and
duty conscious successfully.
A lot of ops were assisted by me during airport procedures making their
travels safe and easy. A lot of Ops have been so pleased with my assistance
that the still regularly send me greetings whenever they visit Pakistan. This,
no doubt, is a sign of satisfaction and trust that they have put in me.
Furthermore, many a time it has happened that women and children are
travelling alone and are oblivious of the subtleties of airport procedures thus I
took extra effort and care when guiding them through successfully.
In addition, I tried and did my best to help unfortunate families receive the
dead bodies of their loved ones from abroad. I always went the extra mile
during such circumstances and the families were always content with my
service afterwards. Also, I was extremely focused and upto the mark when
dealing with remittance sending ops recognizing their importance to the
economy and the growth of the nation.
Moreover, often passengers uninitiated to the rules and regulations of the
airport procedures were thoroughly taught and guided by me in the best of
manner possible, making their travels more than satisfactory.
It is my sincere and ardent desire to play the same duty driven and helping
role in the coming year.
