I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Christina

Shaffer. I highly recommend Christina Shaffer to your organization for
the position of Assistant Principal. I have known Christina for the past
ten years as we taught together at M. M. Pierce Elementary School.
During that time we worked closely together in the same department,
myself in physical education, and Ms. Shaffer in music As her coworker, I have had an opportunity to observe her participation and
interaction with students and to evaluate Christinas knowledge of the
subject matter. She is an outstanding teacher and person in all
respects. Christina has proven that through hard work, follow though,
and team work, she can accomplish tasks in a courteous and timely
manner.
Christina works with all grade levels to put on yearly shows. It is
not uncommon for Christina to have written the script singlehandedly.
She also gives up her planning time as the date of the performance
nears to get things right. She also sponsors the 4th and 5th grade
Chorus, staying after school. Her hard work has allowed the chorus to
perform the National Anthem on multiple occasions at Potomac
Nationals games. Christina is also an active member of her church,
somehow finding the time to teach Sunday School. She constantly
puts others first, asking little to nothing in return. If ever I was in a
situation and needed help knowing the right thing to do, I would ask
Christina.
Christina is well equipped to grow from challenges that she is
presented with. Her kindness, selflessness and integrity prepare her
beautifully for your organization. I strongly endorse making Christina
Shaffer a member of your team as Assistant Principal for Fauquier
County Public Schools.
