STRATEGY EVALUATION, MONITORING AND CONTROL


The internal and external factors of the company are undeniably
essential to the formulation and implementation of the strategies.
Strategies are solely dependent on these factors because it is for these
that the strategies are based upon. The formulated strategies will
resolve and affect the internal and external factors and so changes in
these may affect the strategies implemented. This is why constant
review, evaluation and implementation of the strategies is highly
recommended so as to see if they are still applicable with the current
trends within and without the company.
