I, Peddireddy Venkateswara Reddy, Son of Rambotlu, aged about 50

years, resident of Cheruvukommupalem village Village, Ongole Mandal,
Prakasam District, do hereby solemnly affirmed and state on oath as follows.

I am the petitioner/plaintiff in the suit. I filed suit against the defendants

for recovery of my money. Subsequently the matter is compromised in Lok

Adalath. The defendants paid the compromised amount.
