The best meal for me according to the spreadsheet is McDonals. It has the second least
amount of calories and is also lowest in sodium total fat and cholesterol. The protein is only
one gram lower than Wendy's and Burger King. The only category McDonalds is not very
good in is having a high amount of carbs. Overall most of these fastfood restuarants are
close in each category listed above.
