GRAPES OF WRATH GROUP CONTRACT As a member of the group I agree to meet the following points and will adhere to them until the group task is complete. 1. General 1.1 Provide additional input to project ideas as a whole. 1.2 Treat the beliefs and opinions of the other group members with respect. 1.3 Demonstrate excellent personal organiza timekeeping. 1.4 Communicate effectively with the rest of the group; this includes any problems with the allocated work or completion of tasks, al skills and 2. Meetings 2.1 Attend all group meetings, Failure to do so is a direct breach of contract unless prior notice is given to the group leaders. 22 Attend all group meetings on time. 2.3 Provide constructive feedback that avoids personal insults, 24 Attend all meetings with a positive frame of mind and the intention to contribute proactively to discussion. 2.5 Complete all work by agreed deadlines. 3. Project work 3.1 Contribuite equally to project work and to the highest standard. 3.2 Usea variety of research sources. 3.3 Use formal academic style and references for written work and be aware of rules and regulations in relation to plagiarism. 3:4 Use font style and formatting predetermined by group. 3.5 Work shows visible effort and attention to detail. 3.6 Use advanced vocabulary, word choice, and grammar. 3.7 Stay on topic and affirm that it relates back to overall/purpose of project. 4. Breach of contract 4.1. Peer review rubric will be anonymously submitted and reviewed by an objective 3" person, along with the group leaders, on ‘Wednesday, March 4", 2015. 4.2 Peer review will account for 35% of overall grade. 43 Failure to complete and present the designated assignment on ‘Wednesday, March 4", 2015 will result in an automatic 0% on the peer review portion of overall grade. 44 If less than 50% of the designated assignment is brought forth on Wednesday, March 4" then the maximum peer review grade allowed will be 50%, for an overall maximum grade of 82.5%. Designated Assignments Kelsey Blanchard is co-responsible for presenting Writing Style. This includes, but is not limited to, listing five major characteristics of the authors writing style with examples from the text as well as definitions. Elizabeth Biggs is responsible for presenting Author Biography. This includes, but is not limited to, creating an exhibit detailing information about the author and his life, Carter Byrum is co-responsible for presenting Major Characters and Plot. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying major characters, information on characterization, and information to summarize the plot for museum visitors. ‘Tyler Fisher is eo-responsible for presenting Writing Style. This includes, but is not limited to, listing five major characteristics of the authors writing style with examples from the text as well as definitions. Julia Ghyzel is co-responsible for presenting Major Characters and Plot. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying major characters, information ‘on characterization, and information to summarize the plot for museum visitors. Heather Hendrix is co-responsible for presenting Live Exhibit/Video and Gift Shop/Souvenirs. Iudes, but is not limited to, ereating media such as a video (animation or-real) and recruiting students to be a living part of the exhibit. Additionally, she is responsible for developing/ereating products appropriate to the themes/time period for sale in the museums gift shop. Emilei Ison is co-responsible for presenting Major Themes, Favorite Quotes, and Lasting Impact. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying a minimum of five theme statements from the text and displaying them appropriately. Also, she will choose five favorite quotes from the text for display and display information concerning the lasting impact of the text. Kyle Kenobbie is co-responsible for presenting Vocabulary and Dialect. This includes, but is not limited to, gathering a minimum of ten vocabulary words of interest, defining them, and displaying them in a thematically appropriate way. Additionally, he will include information on local dialect as a part of this display. Kayli Martin is responsible for presenting Symbolism, Allusions, and Gift Shop/Souvenirs. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying at least three major symbols from the text, identifying at least five allusions (Biblical, mythological, historical, etc.), and discussing both former components’ connection to Major Themes. Additionally, she is responsible for developing/ereating products appropriate to the themes/time period for sale in the museums gift shop. ‘Vera Ogdanets is responsible for presenting the Website. This includes, but is not limited to, creating a website in which all documents, photographs, meeting notes, links, ete. about the project are stored. All artifacts and exhibits should be included and described, all group members pictured and described, the project described, and a reference page included. Daniel Park is co-responsible for presenting Historical Overview and Setting. ‘This includes, but is not limited to, displaying and gathering information about the time period in which the text was written and the time period in which the text takes place (if different). Tate Reece is co-responsible for presenting Live Exhibit/Video. This includes, but is not limited to, creating media such as a video (animation or real) and recruiting students to be a living part of the exhibit. Sarah Savoie is co-responsible for presenting Major Themes, Favorite Quotes, and Lasting Impact. This includes, but isnot limited to, identifying a minimum of five theme statements from the text and displaying them appropriately. Also, she will choose five favorite quotes from the text for display and display information concerning the lasting impact of the text. Andrea Shaver is co-responsible for presenting Major Themes, Favorite Quotes, Lasting Impact, and Vocabulary/Dialect. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying 2 minimum of five theme statements from the text and displaying them appropriately. Also, she will choose five favorite quotes from the text for display and display information concerning the lasting impact of tthe text. Additionally, she is co-responsible for gathering a minimum of ten vocabulary words of interest, defining them, and displaying them in a thematically appropriate way. She will include information o local dialect as a part of this display. Garrick Widdowson is co-responsible for presenting Live Exhibit/Video. This includes, but is not limited to, ereating media such as a video (animation or real) and recruiting students to be a living part of the exhibit. Autumn Wilson is co-responsible for Historical Overview and Setting: This includes, but is not limited to, displaying and gathering information about the time period in which the text was written and the time period in which the text takes place (if different).
