The members of the Graduate Council of Siena Heights University have acted on your application for admission
and join me in congratulating you on your acceptance into the Graduate College Master of Arts Leadership
Program: Organizational. We are pleased to welcome you to the Siena community and trust that your
experience here will be both rewarding and challenging.
The studies that you will undertake here require a significant amount of research and writing. Because we want
you to succeed, we strongly encourage you to seek out writing assistance and/or to purchase a copy of "A
Writer's Resource" or a similar book.
It is Siena's policy that a graduate student must enroll within the year following acceptance. You have indicated
that you intend to register for winter 2015 courses. You will be registered for your courses once we have
received a copy of the attached degree plan. Please sign one copy and return to our office to the attention of
Christine Irwin, my administrative assistant. You can return the copy via the enclosed postage paid envelope.
The sooner you send the form back to her attention the sooner she will register you for your courses. You will
then receive an email when you have been registered.
Upon receipt of the signed degree plan you will be enrolled in the following courses:

Winter 1 2015 - LDR601 NA - Leadership
Winter 2 2015 - LDR604 NA - Ethics and Social Justice
Winter 2 2015 - LDR630 NA - Organizational Culture and Communication
After the initial registration for first term courses a student is responsible for following their degree plan and
registering themselves for upcoming course work. Questions regarding the degree plan should be addressed
directly to me, your advisor.
All Graduate College course assignments, including papers and online discussions, are written in the American
Psychological Association (APA) style. Before beginning any courses, it is required that you purchase the latest
edition of the APA manual (6 edition ISBN # 9781433805622).
